Giovanna Boniface is a co-founder of the OT Climate Action Network. She is the Chief Implementation Officer at the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada (RAIC), sustainable occupational therapy advisor for the Canadian Coalition for Green Health Care and Advocacy Chair of the RAIC Climate Action Engagement and Enablement Plan Steering Committee.

Jeff Boniface is a co-founder of the OT Climate Action Network. He is the Assistant Fieldwork Coordinator at the University of British Columbia, Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy program.

They own and operate a small, community-based OT consulting firm that has served the Metro Vancouver area for over 23 years.
Nicola Schaan has also joined the leadership team and OT-CAN. In addition, she runs an Okanagan-based private practice, providing support for neurodivergent youth and families, and is the private practice topic editor for OT Now. Nicola is interested in climate action and trying to leave the world a little better through the interconnected realms of occupational justice, social justice, and climate justice.

Joy Du has been an active member of OT-CAN and recently joined the leadership team. She strives to adopt and maintain a holistic lens through her diverse clinical experiences, including acute care, mental health and substance use, and community-based rehab. Joy is passionate about advocating for occupational opportunities and occupational justice within every system she works in. Driven by deep compassion for community, land, and ecosystems, she hopes to contribute to sustainable healthcare and climate justice through her actions.
